  • Led the team that designed, built, and maintains the configure-price-quote platform; quoting went from days to minutes.
  • Moved quote requests off email into ticketing with real metrics, exposing bottlenecks for the first time.
  • Built a production AI agent that drafts responses to incoming quote requests, integrated through custom connectors and automated workflows.
  • Ran a full marketing automation platform migration with Python bulk export tooling and a master data pipeline.
